|Recommended: YesSo Glad I'm Here — I really love my apartment. It has a lot of space, some nice features like a big pantry and separate laundry area, and a good view of the ponds. The neighbors are pretty nice it's been pleasant to see people around as the weather warms up. The staff are also very friendly and quick to fix issues and address concerns. To be fair, I can sometimes hear the people above me walking around and also sometimes I can hear the cupboards next door slam closed but overall, the privacy is good, the grounds are neat, and the people here are cordial and considerate.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay — While rent can be high, it is 100 worth staying here. I have told several people about where we live. Neighbors are great. I rarely have issues. The maintenance crew is amazing. The office staff is wonderful and will help you with any issues.

|Recommended: YesOverall pretty decent, I wish it wasn't so muddy — Flexible leasing is great, interior of apartment is great, If I ran the place I would add a sidewalk across the parking area so you can enter wherever from the lot , and or I would put proper drainage at the only entry tenants can use
Some of my neighbors don't know how to park causing the parking to be a bit more slim when they can't stay in the lines. otherwise I can usually get a decent spot

|Recommended: YesGood apartment, fairly pricy — I really enjoy living here and the community that I'm surrounded by. Overall, maintenance issues were solved in a fairly timely fashion. My only issue is that for the size of the studio, the price is a bit steep, which is why I will probably not resign. The staff has been great, but I just can't reasonably finance it.
