|Recommended: YesMy First Apartment Experience — For the last question Overall - Compared to other apartments, how does this community rate in general I don't have anything to compare it to. This is my first time living away from home and I not even from this area. I have recommended this place to friends and family. I will more than likely be considering upgrading to a one bedroom for my 2023 lease. I am concern about a couple of things One, I think my neighbor to the left of me smoke pot. It's super space out when they do it, or at least when they do it at home, but twice the smile has come through our bathroom vents and into out room. Two The same neighbor also has a surround sound system that vibrates the walls of our bathroom. Besides that, everything is going great here.

|Recommended: YesHome, Sweet Home — We have lived here for over 2 years and really enjoy it. This is the best apartment we have lived in. The only things we would change if we could would be to have laminate flooring throughout the apartment no carpet , and better insulation around doors and windows. Thank you very much for providing us with a quality, safe and comfortable home. We really enjoy this community.

|Recommended: YesEnjoyed living here — Never had any major problems with neighborhood , neighbors or staff. Minor problems with apartment would always get fixed promptly . Community out reach was nice , always had activities to offer the residents .
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartments and not right in the middle of town which is nice — I loved living here everyone is so nice and welcoming. You are never really bothered unless they have to do maintenance on your apartment. Only moving to be closer to work

|Recommended: YesBest of both worlds — This is a safe place to raise a family or for younger adults to have a great quality of living. The property is much nicer than some places to be at in Normal and would always be my first choice.
|Recommended: YesNice property, needs a lot of TLC — The property is nice with the ponds and plenty of parking. The interior of the apartment is out dated with textured walls, old dark carpet, out dated kitchen, and old appliances. The exterior needs a coat of paint on the trim and siding.
Management staff is very responsive and friendly for any issue that may arise.
|Recommended: YesOutstanding — One of the best, if not the best place to rent from in Bloomington Normal. Quiet, Clean and staff are phenomenal. Would give more than 5 stars for each category if able too.
